- 10 dumbbell thrusters (20lb dbs, 40lb total)

Total pullups: 56
Total dips: 70
Total Situps: 280
Total pushups: 280
Total thrusters: 70
Total miles run: 2.2
Notes: Form sucks on thrusters but I think they are helping me. Pushups and pullups felt too easy.
