Just Calisthenics today: Circuit workout

7 rounds of:
  • 9 Pullups
  • 10 Dips
  • 40 Situps
  • 40 Pushups
  • 8 Thrusters with bar (65lb)
Total Pullups: 63
Total Dips: 70
Total Situps: 280
Total Pushups: 280
Total Thrusters: 56

Next time I should add on another round and make it 8 reps. This was hard but it could be harder.
