July 29th 2010

Sleep: 8-9 hours
Nutrition: Good with the exception of 2 slices of CPK pizza
Body: Left ankle is much better, triceps still very sore, lats are better. During running today, legs felt heavy, big surprise.

Circuit Workout (easy day)

5 repetitions of:
  • 25 foot rope climb, with feet
  • 40 pushups
  • 40 situps
  • 8 pullups
  • 400 meter run (1:40 - 1:50 pace)
Circuit Times:
  1. 5:32
  2. 5:46
  3. 5:44
  4. 5:42
  5. 5:39
Total Rope Climbs: 5
Pushups: 200
Situps: 200
Pullups: 40
Run: 1.25 miles

Notes: Last week 7 round of this was fairly easy but this week, my endurance just wasn't there. Probably due to me still recovering.
