Pool Swimming: Long Slow Distance (LSD)
- 2500 yard ( 1.4 miles) swim in exactly 50:00 minutes. Probably my slowest swim in a while but it was also my longest ever. My left knee felt tweaked during kicks on my right side. I should work on my form on my right side and try to side load my leg less. Even so, it was an easy paddle and felt good.

Sleep: 6 hours. Definitely woke up before I was ready to
Nutrition: Not bad. Not enough vegis, adequate protein
Body: Left ankle still injured, legs feel much better. Soreness in lats and sore triceps which is rare. Maybe a good sign, maybe bad.
Notes: Having the grip strength stuff in my car is awesome. Maybe I'll go for a short run tomorrow to see where I am at.
